Most facials end with a vague promise. The client floats out of the room, says they will absolutely book the next one, and then reappears eleven months later, two weeks before a wedding. GlowIntake is software built entirely around that gap. It collects a skin history before the client arrives, gives the provider a structured way to log what they observed in the room, and turns the visit into a six visit sequence with a home routine and automated text check-ins at days 4, 14 and 30. The company's own framing is blunt about the business problem: follow through is where the money leaks.

Now the housekeeping, because premierdelaclasse.lol is a satirical leaderboard where the ranking is bought rather than earned. Nobody tested this app. Nobody scored it, benchmarked it, or convened a jury of skincare professionals in a windowless room. GlowIntake holds the spot its bid pays for, and any other listing willing to pay more can take that spot away tomorrow. The live page shows the current state of that arms race in real time, which is the whole joke. This page exists to do the far less glamorous work of explaining what the product actually does.

What GlowIntake actually does, in four unremarkable steps

Step one happens before the client shows up. They fill in a digital skin history covering medications, active ingredients they are already using, sun exposure and pregnancy status. The system flags contraindications from those answers, which is information a provider would rather have before a peel than halfway through one.

Step two is the consult itself. The provider scores hydration, barrier, congestion, pigment and sensitivity on a five point scale, marks zones on a face map, and attaches photos. GlowIntake claims this takes about ninety seconds, which is roughly the amount of time most people spend deciding whether to pay for parking.

Step three is the sequence builder. It lays out a six visit timeline with spacing between appointments and a progression across the series, drawing on fourteen pre written protocol templates (congestion, pigment, barrier repair, rosacea, bridal, perimenopausal, and others in that family).

Step four is delivery and nagging. The client gets a schedule showing morning and evening products, broken down by night of the week, and then receives automated check-in texts at days 4, 14 and 30, plus reorder nudges. Progress photos use ghost image alignment so the follow up shot lines up with the first one instead of being taken from a dramatically different angle under dramatically different lighting.

The part where it deliberately refuses to be a dermatologist

This is the section that matters most, and to its credit GlowIntake puts it front and center rather than burying it. The site states plainly that GlowIntake never diagnoses a condition and never names a prescription product. What it does instead is record what the provider observes, stage treatments the provider is licensed to perform, and schedule over the counter home care.

When intake answers point toward something outside esthetic licensing, the system prompts a referral note to a physician rather than trying to be clever about it. The stated design goal is keeping providers on the right side of the scope of practice line, not extending that line.

Consent and referral wording is left to the provider. GlowIntake supplies custom consent and release forms with signature capture, but you set your own language to match your state board's requirements, because state boards disagree with each other constantly and no app is going to resolve that on your behalf.

Worth stating outright: this is scheduling, logging and reminder software. It is not medical advice, it does not evaluate anyone's skin on its own, and nothing here should be read as a clinical claim. It records what a licensed human wrote down and then sends text messages about it on a timer.

Pricing, integrations, and the studios it openly does not want

Three tiers, monthly, in US dollars, no annual contract and no setup fee. Solo Room is $29 a month for one provider in one room. Studio is $65 a month for up to four providers and is the tier the company points people toward. Studio Plus is $135 a month for unlimited providers across two locations. All plans include unlimited clients, unlimited plans and unlimited photo storage, and GlowIntake takes no commission on retail sales.

Calendar sync covers Square Appointments, Vagaro, Boulevard and Google Calendar on the Studio and Studio Plus tiers. The Solo Room tier gets a one way feed, which is a polite way of saying it can read your calendar but will not write to it.

Records export to CSV and PDF whenever you ask, and subscriptions cancel without advance notice. Client records live on encrypted servers in the United States, visible only to providers you invite. Photos are stored separately from names and, per the site, are never used for training, marketing or anything else you did not approve. The company states it does not sell data or share it with product brands.

It is also unusually clear about who should not sign up: high volume chains that need payroll and inventory systems, and physician directed clinics. Both of those need something GlowIntake is not trying to be, and saying so on the pricing page is rarer than it should be.

Why a skincare intake app is sitting on a joke leaderboard

premierdelaclasse.lol ranks nothing. There is no algorithm weighing product quality, no review process, no editorial standard being applied to the order of the list. Businesses pay to sit on it, and paying more moves you. That is the entire mechanic, stated openly, which is what separates it from the many rankings that work exactly the same way while pretending otherwise.

So the honest reading of this listing is narrow: GlowIntake holds the spot its bid pays for. That is a statement about a payment, not about esthetician software. It does not mean GlowIntake is better than any other intake tool, and it certainly does not mean anything about skin.

The information worth taking away is above this section: three price points, four calendar integrations, six visits per generated sequence, and an explicit refusal to diagnose anything. Everything else on this page is the sound of a leaderboard being honest about itself, which is more than most of them manage.

Frequently asked questions

What is GlowIntake's rank today?

As of September 8, 2026, GlowIntake sits at #81 (76 of 188 in SaaS) on premierdelaclasse.lol, with $2 pledged. The rank is live and moves with every payment.

How much to overtake InjectConsent today?

As of September 8, 2026, about $1 on top of GlowIntake's current total takes it past InjectConsent and up to #80. The board updates live with every payment.

Does GlowIntake diagnose skin conditions or recommend prescriptions?

No. The site states directly that GlowIntake never diagnoses a condition and never names a prescription product. It records what the provider observes, stages treatments the provider is licensed to perform, and schedules over the counter home care. When intake answers suggest something outside esthetic licensing, it prompts a referral note to a physician. It is record keeping and scheduling software, not medical advice, and nothing it produces replaces a consultation with a qualified clinician.

How much does GlowIntake cost?

Three monthly tiers in US dollars, with no annual contract and no setup fee: Solo Room at $29 a month (one provider, one room), Studio at $65 a month (up to four providers), and Studio Plus at $135 a month (unlimited providers, two locations). Unlimited clients, plans and photo storage are included on every tier, and the company takes no commission on retail. Cancellation does not require advance notice.

What happens to client photos and records?

Records are stored on encrypted servers in the United States and are visible only to providers you invite to your account. Photos are kept separately from names and, per the site, are not used for training, marketing or any unapproved purpose. The company states it does not sell data or share it with product brands. Everything exports to CSV and PDF on request, so leaving does not mean abandoning your files.

What does the premierdelaclasse.lol listing actually mean?

That a payment was made. premierdelaclasse.lol is a satirical leaderboard where the ranking is bought, so GlowIntake holds the spot its bid pays for and another listing can outbid it at any moment. There is no evaluation, no jury and no endorsement attached to it. Judge the product on its pricing page and its scope of practice policy, not on where it appears in a list that responds to money.
