A speaker one sheet has traditionally been a PDF: two pages of headshots, three bullet points and a fee you were charging at some point in the past. SpeakerOneSheet replaces that file with a live page. Each keynote or workshop gets its own topic page (description, audience fit, session formats, takeaways), fee bands sit next to it either public or behind a request button, and a two way sync with Google Calendar or Outlook shows planners which dates are open, held or booked. Inquiries land on a board with the requested date, budget and topic attached, instead of in the inbox where they quietly go to die.

A note on why it appears here. premierdelaclasse.lol is a satirical leaderboard where rank is bought, not earned, and SpeakerOneSheet holds the spot its bid pays for. That is the whole mechanism, and it tells you nothing about the software, which is why everything below is drawn from what the site publishes about itself rather than from any placement on this list.

What the tool actually does

Setup follows four steps the site lays out plainly: write your topics once, set fee bands by event type (corporate keynote, association session, workshop, virtual), connect the calendar, then send the link and work the board. The calendar sync runs both directions with Google Calendar and Outlook, so open, held and booked dates show without you maintaining a second spreadsheet nobody trusts.

Around that sit the small things that eat a speaker's week. A downloadable kit holds headshots, bios, AV requirements and the W-9, so the third email of every booking stops existing. Page signals report which topics a planner opened and who came back for a second read. Paid tiers add a custom domain, embedding into your own site, CRM forwarding to HubSpot or Pipedrive, and webhook documentation if you would rather wire it yourself.

The site is candid about the reason for all this: a PDF is a snapshot of the week you exported it. That is the entire pitch, and it is a fair one.

Pricing, in plain dollars

Three tiers, billed monthly in US dollars. Solo Speaker is $19 per month and covers one speaker profile on a custom subdomain, up to four topic pages, one calendar sync, public or request only fee bands, an inquiry inbox and the downloadable kit. Speaker Pro is $49 per month and lifts the topic cap, adds fee bands by event type with travel terms, the pipeline board with holds and reminders, page signals, custom domain and embedding, and CRM forwarding.

Speaker Team is $119 per month for up to eight speaker profiles on one roster, with a shared pipeline and coordinator roles, a cross roster availability view, quarterly booking and fee reporting, contract templates with e-signature, and a named onboarding contact. The site states no setup fee and no annual lock in, cancellation from account settings at any time, and a full data export on the way out. It advertises no free tier and no free trial, which at least spares everyone the ritual of forgetting to cancel.

Who it fits, and who it does not

The site names its audience without hedging: independent keynote speakers running roughly 20 to 60 dates a year, workshop facilitators, small bureaus and rosters of three to eight speakers, and authors with a speaking calendar attached to a book. That is a specific person, and the feature list is shaped around her rather than around a generic CRM.

It fits less well if speaking is occasional and unpaid, or if your bookings all arrive through a bureau that already runs the paperwork. Setup is a one time job of writing and connecting, which is cheap, but a monthly subscription against two talks a year is not arithmetic that works. The tool is a page and a pipeline. It assumes you already have dates to manage.

What it deliberately is not

The homepage keeps a section for the things left out, and they are the interesting part. There is no public speaker marketplace and no commission taken on a booking. There is no lead resale: planner contact details stay in your workspace. There is no forced template, so the page carries your typography, your headshots and your domain. Data is encrypted, hosted in US regions, never sold and never used for training, and inquiries export as CSV whenever you ask.

Which leads to the honest limitation, stated here rather than by the vendor: this does not get you booked. It does not create demand, it does not put you in front of program chairs who have never heard of you, and no amount of calendar sync fixes an empty pipeline. It removes friction after a planner is already interested. The site also publishes outcome figures reported by its own users, and those are the vendor's numbers rather than independently verified ones, so read them the way you read any homepage.

Frequently asked questions

What is SpeakerOneSheet's rank today?

As of September 8, 2026, SpeakerOneSheet sits at #110 (104 of 188 in SaaS) on premierdelaclasse.lol, with $2 pledged. The rank is live and moves with every payment.

How much to overtake DraftAndQuery today?

As of September 8, 2026, about $1 on top of SpeakerOneSheet's current total takes it past DraftAndQuery and up to #109. The board updates live with every payment.

Does SpeakerOneSheet find me speaking engagements?

No, and the site says so itself. There is no public marketplace and no lead resale, which means inquiries arrive from wherever you send your link: your site, your email signature, a program chair's shortlist. The product handles what happens after a planner is already looking at you, not the part where they find you.

Do event planners see my exact fee?

You decide, band by band, according to the site. Published ranges filter out incompatible budgets before anyone wastes a call, while specific rates can sit behind a request button. Travel and expense terms attach to the bands on the paid tiers.

What does it cost, and is there a free plan?

Solo Speaker is $19 per month, Speaker Pro is $49, Speaker Team is $119, all billed monthly in US dollars with no setup fee and cancellation at any time. The site lists no free tier and no free trial.

Why is SpeakerOneSheet on premierdelaclasse.lol?

Because it paid to be there. The leaderboard is satire: position is sold, not awarded, and this listing holds the spot its bid pays for. It is not a review, not a ranking of quality and not a comparison against anyone else. The pricing and features described above come from the product's own site.
