From price book to shareable link

The setup work happens once. A baker enters their pricing rules: tier sizes and the servings each one covers, upcharges for flavors and fillings, delivery zones or mileage, and any setup fees. TieredOrders compiles all of that into a single order form behind one link.

That link then replaces the back-and-forth. Instead of quoting cakes by phone or email, the baker sends the URL. The customer selects a date, enters a guest count, and the servings calculator suggests a tier configuration and prices it live as options change. When the order is complete, it drops onto the production calendar with bake days, decorating hours, and a pickup slot already blocked out.

The payoff TieredOrders points to is time. Each custom order stops generating callbacks and retyping, and the scheduling is settled inside the form instead of over a round of phone tag.

What the order form actually asks

The form is built around the details a custom cake order tends to get wrong. A servings calculator translates a guest count into tier sizes so customers stop ordering cakes that are too small or too large. Allergen flags (nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free) are selectable up front and print onto the production ticket, so the kitchen sees them without a separate note.

Availability is handled the same way. Capacity caps limit how many orders, or how many of a given cake type, a date can take, which keeps a single Saturday from getting overbooked. Consultation and tasting-box slots can be booked through the same flow, and delivery is priced by zone or by mileage with setup fees added automatically.

Payment is part of the intake rather than a follow-up. The deposit is collected at form completion, a receipt goes out instantly, and balance reminders are sent automatically as the pickup date approaches.

On the back office side, TieredOrders lists integrations with QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, Google and Apple Calendar for scheduling, and Square so counter sales line up with online orders. Shops running more than one kitchen can route orders by location, each with its own price book.

Plans and pricing

TieredOrders publishes three monthly plans in US dollars, all month-to-month with no setup fees or per-order charges. Home Baker is 19 dollars a month for cottage and solo operators, capped at 25 orders per month. Bakery is 49 dollars a month for storefronts with a decorating team, with unlimited orders and up to 5 staff logins. Multi Baker is 99 dollars a month for shared kitchens or chains, with unlimited orders, up to 6 locations, and separate price books per location.
