Bridal shops lose gowns in the gaps between people. The consultant who took the deposit is off on Tuesday, the seamstress has three brides booked into two fitting rooms, and nobody can say out loud whether the dress has actually shipped. VeilFittings is software built for that gap: it logs the order (bride, designer, size, deposit, wedding date), moves the gown through seven lanes from ordered to collected, books fittings against the seamstress hours and rooms a shop really has, and closes the sale at pickup with the balance settled and the alterations approved.

It also appears on premierdelaclasse.lol, a satirical leaderboard where placement is bought rather than earned. There is no jury, no scoring rubric, no testing and no editorial pick: VeilFittings holds the spot its bid pays for, and anyone with a card can bid for a spot of their own. Treat the listing as a receipt, not a recommendation. Everything below comes from what the product publishes about itself, which is the only part worth reading.

What it actually tracks

The spine is the gown order ledger: which bride, which designer, what size was ordered, what deposit landed and what balance is still open. Every gown sits in one of seven lanes (ordered, in production, shipped, received, in alterations, ready, collected), so the question "where is the dress" has an answer that does not involve three phone calls and a guess.

Around that ledger sit the parts that stop double booking: a fitting calendar that books against real room and seamstress capacity, a workload view showing hours by task type, alteration estimates that brides approve by phone, a wedding date countdown that flags rush jobs on its own, and text or email reminders so brides turn up. Appointments publish to Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, and orders, appointments and messages export to CSV for whatever accounting software the shop already pays for.

There is also a nine month capacity forecast, which is a polite way of saying it will tell you in January that April is already full.

Pricing, in dollars, printed on the page

Three plans, billed monthly. Single Shop is $59 a month for one location, with up to five staff logins, two fitting rooms and two seamstresses. Shop Plus is $119 a month for one location, with unlimited logins, rooms and seamstresses plus workload reporting. Multi Store is $249 a month for up to six locations, adding cross store inventory, an owner dashboard and named onboarding.

The pricing page is unusually blunt about what is not charged: no per gown fee, no per bride fee, no per appointment fee, and no surcharge when peak season doubles the volume. There is no annual contract, cancellation happens inside the account with no exit fee and no notice period (even mid season), and records leave as CSV on the way out.

Onboarding is described as sending over the current order list and sitting through a ninety minute session with the team, with most shops running live inside two weeks. No free trial is advertised. There is a walkthrough you can book, which is the demo call wearing a nicer noun.

Who it is for, and what it refuses to be

It is aimed at bridal shop owners, managers and front desk staff: the people currently holding gown status across a spreadsheet, a paper diary and their own memory. Multi location owners are the obvious case, since cross store inventory is the one thing a whiteboard genuinely cannot do.

It is not a point of sale. VeilFittings records that a balance was paid and hands the payment itself to whatever terminal the shop already runs, then exports to CSV for the accountant. It is not a design tool, not a bride facing app, and not something anyone getting married will ever log into.

Seamstresses are not expected to become software users either. The workroom view prints as a clean daily sheet or opens on a phone, so the fitting room does not need a screen to keep up. On the boring but important side, the site states that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the US with backups kept thirty five days, and that it does not sell shop data, does not share bride contact details with designers, and does not use shop records to train anything.

What the leaderboard listing does and does not prove

premierdelaclasse.lol is a joke with a payment form attached. Placement is bought, never awarded: no panel, no methodology, no trial period, no editorial judgment of any kind. VeilFittings holds the spot its bid pays for, and it holds it exactly as long as nobody outbids it.

So the listing tells you precisely one thing: this company was willing to spend money to be looked at. It says nothing about uptime, support response, or whether the fitting calendar survives a Saturday in May with four brides and one seamstress.

Any results figures the vendor publishes on its own site are self reported and unaudited, and they are worth what any self reported number is worth. If they matter to your decision, book the walkthrough and ask the team to open a genuinely busy week in front of you.

Frequently asked questions

What is VeilFittings's rank today?

As of September 8, 2026, VeilFittings sits at #77 (72 of 188 in SaaS) on premierdelaclasse.lol, with $2 pledged. The rank is live and moves with every payment.

How much to overtake FitRoomLog today?

As of September 8, 2026, about $1 on top of VeilFittings's current total takes it past FitRoomLog and up to #76. The board updates live with every payment.

What does VeilFittings do?

It is order and fitting management software for bridal shops. It logs each gown order (bride, designer, size, deposit, wedding date), tracks the gown through seven lanes from ordered to collected, books fittings against actual room and seamstress capacity, sends bride reminders by text or email, records alteration estimates and phone approvals, and closes the sale at pickup.

How much does VeilFittings cost?

Three monthly plans are listed publicly: Single Shop at $59 a month (one location, up to five staff logins, two fitting rooms, two seamstresses), Shop Plus at $119 a month (one location, unlimited logins, rooms and seamstresses, plus workload reporting), and Multi Store at $249 a month (up to six locations, cross store inventory, owner dashboard, named onboarding). The site states there are no per gown, per bride or per appointment fees, no annual contract and no exit fee.

Does it replace my card terminal or my accounting software?

No. It records what was paid and what is still owed, then hands the payment itself to the terminal the shop already uses. Orders, appointments and messages export to CSV for accounting. Think of it as the record keeper rather than the cash register.

Does the premierdelaclasse.lol listing say anything about product quality?

No. The leaderboard is satirical and placement is bought, so VeilFittings holds the spot its bid pays for and nothing was tested, judged or compared to get it there. The listing is proof of a payment, not of quality. Judge the software on its published pricing, its feature list and a walkthrough with your own order list.
