Fertility clinics run on a document nobody outside the clinic can read: the protocol. It is a grid of drug names, doses, routes and time windows that makes complete sense to a nurse coordinator and looks like a puzzle to the patient holding it in the parking lot. FertilityWindow takes what the physicians have already decided and renders it as a dated calendar the patient opens on her phone, then carries her confirmations back to the coordinator who needs them.

About the listing on premierdelaclasse.lol: that is a satirical leaderboard where rank is bought, not earned, judged or reviewed. FertilityWindow holds the spot its bid pays for, and that is the entire meaning of the placement. It is not a review, not a certification and certainly not a clinical endorsement. Everything below is drawn from what the company publishes on its own site.

Nothing here is medical advice, and the product does not claim to give any.

What FertilityWindow actually does

The site describes four steps. The clinic loads its own protocols once (antagonist, agonist, FET variants and the rest). A coordinator picks a patient, a protocol and a start date, and the calendar is generated in about ninety seconds by the company's own count. The patient receives a private link, reads the schedule in plain language, and taps to confirm her monitoring appointments. After results come in, the coordinator adjusts a dose or a visit and the calendar is reissued.

Inside the calendar: a day by day medication grid with the exact drug, dose, route and time window, plus a trigger countdown stated to the minute rather than to the date. Changed doses are documented with timestamped version history, so the superseded version does not quietly disappear, which is the actual reason version history exists.

There is no app to install, no account for the patient to create and no notification stream. The company treats that as a feature rather than a gap. Fair enough: a patient in the middle of a cycle does not need one more thing buzzing at her.

What it is not, in the vendor's own words

This is the part that matters most on anything touching health, so it goes up front rather than in small print. The company states that FertilityWindow is not a diagnostic tool, that it makes no clinical decisions, and that it holds no opinion about a clinic's protocols.

That is worth taking literally. Nothing here diagnoses, prescribes, predicts or optimizes. The dose on the screen is the dose a physician already chose, entered by a coordinator, displayed with a date next to it. The site also says the product sits alongside the EMR rather than trying to replace it. Clinical questions belong to the clinic, not to the calendar.

Pricing, as published

Three monthly tiers are listed. Single Clinic is $119 per month for one location. Clinic Plus is $249 per month for practices running several physicians. Clinic Group is $499 per month for two to six locations, and adds role based permissions by site. All three include unlimited cycles, unlimited patients and unlimited coordinator accounts, which is a polite way of saying the invoice does not punish a busy month.

The site says there are no setup fees and no annual contracts, billing is monthly, and cancellation happens from inside the account, ending at the close of the month already paid for. Onboarding is described as one session of about three hours, and the company says most clinics run live cycles the same week.

The plumbing: records, labs and access

On handling patient information, the company states that a business associate agreement is signed with every clinic before the first patient record is entered, that data is encrypted in transit and at rest on US infrastructure, and that access is limited by role, so a front desk account cannot read a clinical note. Patient links are single recipient and expire when the cycle closes, and clinics get an access log they can review.

On the data side, the site lists HL7 feeds for estradiol, LH and progesterone results, structured PDF and CSV export back into the chart, a coordinator queue with timestamped messages per cycle, and a capacity view of monitoring blocks. It is unglamorous inventory management, which is exactly what a clinic calendar should be.

Frequently asked questions

What is FertilityWindow's rank today?

As of September 8, 2026, FertilityWindow sits at #119 (113 of 188 in SaaS) on premierdelaclasse.lol, with $2 pledged. The rank is live and moves with every payment.

How much to overtake BrushCallSheet today?

As of September 8, 2026, about $1 on top of FertilityWindow's current total takes it past BrushCallSheet and up to #118. The board updates live with every payment.

Does FertilityWindow give medical advice or adjust doses?

No, and the company says so directly: it is not a diagnostic tool, it makes no clinical decisions, and it has no opinion about a clinic's protocols. It displays what a clinician already decided, arranged by date, and returns the patient's confirmations. Every clinical question stays with the clinic.

What does it cost?

Three published tiers, billed monthly: $119 for a single location, $249 for a practice with multiple physicians, and $499 for two to six locations. Unlimited cycles, patients and coordinator accounts are included on all of them, with no setup fee and no annual contract, and you cancel from inside the account.

Does the patient have to install an app?

No. She gets a private link, reads the schedule, and taps to confirm appointments. No download, no account, no notification stream. The site says the link goes to a single recipient and expires when the cycle closes.

What does the premierdelaclasse.lol listing say about the product?

That a payment cleared. It is a satirical leaderboard where rank is bought, and FertilityWindow holds the spot its bid pays for. Nothing more. Judge the software the boring way instead: ask for a demo, read the business associate agreement, and let your own coordinators try it on one cycle.
