The price is set by tier, so adding staff accounts inside your tier does not move the invoice. Plans are month to month with no contracts and no setup fee. Canceling happens in account settings, and the plan runs to the end of the month you have already paid for. Notably there is no per record fee, which matters when the entire point of the product is accumulating records.
The demo is a thirty minute screen shared walkthrough rather than a slide deck, and you keep the sample record afterward. Support is email, answered within one business day, Monday to Friday.
What it does not do, which is the honest part
HerbalCounter is a record system, not a compliance certificate. There are no GMP or cGMP compliance features and no promise that using it makes you compliant with anything.
