It is built to sit beside the booking page a practice already uses rather than replace it: two way Google Calendar sync, iCal feeds from most booking tools, Zapier, a documented REST API, CSV import and export, and access from a phone or tablet. Card payments stay with whatever processor is already in place. On the way out, the site states that data remains exportable for thirty days after the final bill, then is removed from live systems and purged from backups within another thirty days, with full exports in PDF and CSV available at any time.
