Droovi is the marketing and sign-up site for a business software product aimed at chauffeur companies, private hire operators and airport transfer fleets. Its homepage headline is blunt about the target: "The limo & private hire software for airport transfer fleets." What it sells is a single back office covering ride dispatch, live driver and vehicle tracking, flight monitoring, invoicing for clients, subcontractors and passengers, a driver mobile app, a marketplace where operators pass rides to each other, and an optional booking website. Pricing sits on the homepage rather than behind a sales call: a free tier with no time limit, capped at one user and ten rides a day, then FLEX at 19.90 euros a month, PRO at 99.90 euros and FLEET at 199.90 euros, all excluding VAT, with add-ons for the booking site, extra users, API access and a white-label passenger app. The trial lasts fourteen days and asks for no credit card. Behind the brand is Next Moove Solution, a French SAS registered in Nice; the about page dates the founding to 6 November 2024.

You are reading this on premierdelaclasse.lol, a satirical leaderboard where rank is bought rather than earned. Droovi holds the spot its bid pays for, nothing more. There is no jury here, no scoring panel, and no verdict: a payment moves a name up the list, and that is the entire mechanism. Everything below sticks to what Droovi actually does, and leaves the leaderboard theater at the door.

What the dashboard is supposed to replace

The product is sold as one back office rather than a stack of tools. From the dashboard, an operator plans the day's rides, assigns drivers and vehicles, watches positions on a live map and follows flights so a pickup time shifts when a plane is late. The site puts intervals on both: driver positions refresh every fifteen to twenty seconds and flight status is checked every ten minutes. Around that sit the things a transfer company usually improvises: delay alerts meant to head off no-shows, push notifications before a ride starts, a client portal in the operator's own colours and on its own domain, and WhatsApp messages sent from the company's own number rather than a generic gateway.

Invoicing is the other half. Droovi generates invoices from ride data along three lines: business clients, subcontractors and private passengers. VAT is handled per ride rather than per document, added lines can carry their own rate, invoices move through draft, pending and paid, and exports come out as PDF or Excel. Two accounting tools are named as live API connections, Pennylane and VosFactures, and the site draws the line plainly: Droovi generates, the accounting software issues and archives. On electronic invoicing the page points to the French obligation for every business to be able to receive e-invoices from September 2026, and says the connected accounting software handles the required format and transmission.

Less visible modules round it out: driver pay calculated from completed rides with a monthly recap per driver, a quality score per driver, no-show tracking on both drivers and clients, subcontractor management, pricing grids importable from Excel or CSV, and a reporting dashboard. A manager mobile view exists alongside the driver app. The features page describes all of this without saying which plan each item belongs to, so the pricing table is the only place to check, and it does gate a headline feature: dispatch is manual on FLEX and automatic AI dispatch starts at PRO.

Prices are published on the site

Droovi puts its prices on the page rather than behind a demo call. There is a free tier with no time limit, capped at one user and ten rides a day, covering B2B and B2C invoicing with passenger invoices. Above it, FLEX costs 19.90 euros a month for a five user pack, PRO 99.90 euros for up to twenty users, FLEET 199.90 euros for up to fifty. All figures exclude VAT. The homepage states no commitment and a fourteen day free trial that asks for no credit card.

Add-ons are priced separately: a chauffeur website with booking at 50 euros a month, an extra user at 9.90 euros a month, API and OTA access at 50 euros, and a white-label passenger app at 50 euros, all excluding VAT. The booking site can also be bought standalone for a one-off 990 euros, in which case bookings arrive by email and the operator handles them manually instead of them flowing into the dispatch tool. Card payments on that site run through Stripe.

Aggregators and travel platforms get a different model, billed per transfer: 0.80 euros up to 2,000 transfers a month, 0.45 euros from 2,001 to 10,000, 0.30 euros beyond, with a 250 euro monthly minimum, no setup fee and a free pilot of 500 transfers or thirty days. That track asks thirty days notice to cancel. The general terms fill in the rest for subscriptions: monthly billing in advance through Stripe, usage fees invoiced in arrears at the end of each cycle, cancellation from the dashboard or by email to support, taking effect at the end of the paid period, with sums due for the period in progress not refunded.

The AI dispatch claims and how they are sourced

The AI dispatch page describes a flow rather than a black box. An operator picks a day and the available drivers with their vehicles and time slots, sets parameters, and adds instructions in plain language, the site's own example being to keep one driver on Monaco. The system then proposes a full assignment plan aimed at cutting empty kilometres and removing scheduling clashes, and the operator reviews the preview before applying it. The page is explicit that nothing is applied without that approval, and rides it could not assign come with a stated reason, such as no driver available on the time slot.

The numbers on that page are the part to read slowly: three hours of daily dispatch reduced to twenty minutes for a twenty-five driver fleet, up to thirty percent fewer empty return trips, and zero clashes in the applied plan. They are attributed only to figures observed across Droovi customer fleets on airport transfers, and illustrated by a head dispatcher given a first name and a town. The page does not say how many fleets, over what period, or how the baseline was measured, so from the outside they cannot be checked.

The same applies to the counters repeated across the site: more than 250 chauffeur companies, 970 drivers, more than one million transfers managed, a 99.4 percent on-time rate and six interface languages. These are self-reported, with no audit or third-party figure published. One outside signal exists: at the time of writing the Trustpilot profile for droovi.com is claimed and shows 4.6 out of 5 across 21 reviews, a volume too small to conclude much. The language count is also inconsistent between pages, six on the homepage, the driver app page and the subcontracting page, but four on the Driver Event Link page.

Passing rides around without the WhatsApp group

The marketplace is Droovi's answer to the group chats operators use to offload rides. A company publishes a ride it cannot cover with a set payout price, choosing whether it goes to its private network of trusted subcontractors or to every Droovi company in its sector. The first company to accept wins it and the assignment locks instantly, which is meant to stop two firms sending a car. Operational details transfer automatically and the subcontracting invoice generates itself at month end, visible on both sides. The site presents the marketplace as part of Droovi rather than a paid add-on.

What the subcontractor sees is bounded: pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight details, passenger count, vehicle category and their own payout. Client identity, the price charged to that client and internal notes stay hidden. A visitor cannot test whether that holds in practice, but the rule is written down.

For drivers there are two routes. Droovi Driver, free on iOS and Android and included in every plan with no per-driver fee and no in-app purchase, handles pushed assignments, navigation through Google Maps or Waze, slide actions for start, pickup and completion, GPS tracking, offline use with later sync, and photos at pickup and drop-off. Drivers outside the fleet get Driver Event Link instead: an SMS with a secure link, identity confirmed by a six digit code sent by SMS, first name, last name and plate entered once, then a timestamped GPS trail, all in the mobile browser with nothing to install. The feature page does not say which plans include it; the pricing table lists it from PRO upwards.

Next Moove Solution, Nice, and what is not filled in yet

The legal notice names the publisher: Next Moove Solution, a French SAS based in Nice, registered with the Nice trade register under 938 107 968, with Fahiz Halim as president and publication director. The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. The about page dates the founding to 6 November 2024 and describes the founders as two transfer company operators together with a software engineer, though only two people are named on it: Fahiz Halim as CEO, presented as a former chauffeur fleet operator, and Mohamed Zantour as CTO. The French business registry adds what the legal notice leaves out: share capital of 20,000 euros, NAF code 6312Z for internet portals, and an active status. Share capital and a VAT number are absent from the legal notice itself.

The privacy policy, dated 15 January 2026, lists the data controller, the categories collected (account details, operational data including GPS positions, lead form data, technical data), the legal bases, and retention periods: account data for the contractual relationship plus three years, unconverted leads three years from last contact, invoicing data ten years, analytics twenty-five months at most. GDPR rights are exercised by email to the support address, and transfers outside the EEA are covered by standard contractual clauses. The weak point is that subprocessors are described only by category, hosting, email, payments and analytics, with the list available on request. The cookie page is more specific, naming Google Analytics 4 through Tag Manager and a Meta Pixel when activated, with a banner offering accept, refuse or per-category choice, and non-essential cookies set only after consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland but active by default elsewhere.

A few things are simply not there yet. The blog is published with an editorial policy but carries no articles, the index reading that there are no posts yet; that policy states the site refuses sponsored articles, does not sell links, uses no affiliate links and carries no advertising, that AI tools may assist but are never the author, and that every article is reviewed and signed off by Fahiz Halim. The changelog holds two entries, May 2026 and September 2026. No client company is named publicly, and the testimonials that exist use a first name only. The terms cap liability at the amounts paid over the previous twelve months, place the contract under French law with the commercial court of Nice, and state that the English text is a translation provided for information while only the French version is binding.
